EN. We inform you that from the year 2011, the Italian local authorities have the possibility of introducing a tourist tax. This tax has never been included in our Price und  offers and, if it will be applicable, must be paid by the client directly at the hotel.

General conditions:

Prices include: rate for the guests, for fully furnished and equipped flat, gas, electricity, hot water, towels and bed sheets (change every 7 days), final cleaning, taxes, parking, wireless internet, barbeque- terrace available for our guests
 
 Caravans to let for 1 month or the whole season for reduced prices
 
Bookings:
100 Euro account for campsites
200 Euro account for bungalows and flats
 
The balance will be payed at your arrival
  
 
 
 
SALE CONDISIONS
For reservation: a advance payment of  € 100 (for camping-place), € 200 (for bungalow or holiday -appart.)
 Thay stay amount has settled on the arrival.
 
CANCELLATION 
The booking cancelletion can be accepted only in writing.
DEPOSIT REFUND 
  • seasonal bookings : 100 % deposit refund within 28th February 

Other bookings:

The deposit will be refunded as follows:

  • 100% of the amoundt within 60 days before the arrival day 
  • 50% of the amount wihin 30 days before arrival day 
  • Less than 29 days: no refund

 

Should the booked pitch/lodging not be occupied at the expected date, nor the day after, nor within 12.00 a.m. of the second day without a previous notice, then the deposit will be kept and the booking cancelled.

 

DELAYED ARRIVALS/EARLY DEPARTURES

  • In case of seasonal and annual bookings, should the customer decide to leave earlier than exoected, then the stay amount can be calculated on a daily price base, on customer request and convenience.

For all the other bookings, the amount will be calculated on the base of the whole confirmed stay.
